We offer premium service to our convenience store dealers. OneView enables us to better provide fuel to our customers. And it helps our entire network of stores be more profitable. Visibility Enhancing Efficiency
Pedigree Technologies platform outfitted Wagner Oil with OneView, providing real-time visibility to truck location and inventory levels across their enterprise service chain. OneView updates inventory levels every 15 minutes, and a precise days-of-inventory algorithm enhances insight into Wagner Oil’s service chain.
Real-time truck locations increase coordination, accountability and efficiency. Because critical information is instantly available on any computer or web-enabled cell phone, there is significant time-savings as well. Automated reports add even more visibility to critical data.
Many fuel operators are using dated technology to obtain and retain information. Utilizing the cloud-based web-services of OneView has helped us be much more proactive in our operation. It’s expandable—so we can meet our future needs for other critical equipment in our operation.

Wholesale fuel distribution is a slim margin business that includes a variety of rapidly changing variables: truck location or availability, customer inventory levels, wholesale fuel market price, supplier product availability, terminal wait-time and customer delivery preferences. Each significantly affects operational decision-making and profitability.
In order to keep track of these fluctuating conditions, fuel trucking operators, like Wagner Oil, have dispatch teams that spend many hours on the phone. Obtaining details, only to review these changing conditions over and over again—all while managing customer demands and keeping track of drivers. Understandably, dispatchers burn-out quickly in this high-stress environment.
I used to wake up in a panic at 5:00 am to get in the office. I would spend hours working at break-neck speed to figure out what my trucks were up to and where my customer’s tank volumes were. I was constantly stuck on the phone figuring out little details that were critical for me to get the job done. Now, Pedigree Technologies now gives me those details instantly. I calm and in control since I have constant access to OneView. I can spend more time getting better buys, re-coordinating routes and obtaining more loads, which helps our bottom-line.
