Clickable OneView log graph violations
Click on any violation event on a driver’s log book table and see violation event window. Make comments in the event window as well. (Comments do not appear on driver’s log book)

Record Inserts
Time popup when clicking insert buttons

HOS calculations look at comments for alternative duty status
OneView and POV will now look for “Yard Move” and “Personal Use” comments on Driving status ELD records. If these comments are found on a record the HOS calculations will be adjusted to treat Driving as On Duty, Not Driving (in the case of “Yard Move”) or as Off Duty (in the case of “Personal Use”). These notes will be highlighted with a note indicating the change. This is useful if a driver forgets to put themselves in yard move or personal use before they drive.

Driver Reporting Location added to driver configuration for Dynamic rule changes in POV

Driver Reporting Location should be set on each driver to ensure that dynamic rule changes in POV work correctly (Dynamic rule changes is a permission that must be enabled to work)

For a detailed look at setting up and assigning reporting locations, see the Company Admin (page 19) or the Hours of Service Guide (page 11) on the Learning Center Training Documents page behind the help tab in OneView.
