Nearby Assets Tool Differentiates the Original Asset
The asset that you select to find the nearby assets or landmarks, will show a target beneath the asset’s map icon.
Trends Updated to New Style
Trend graphs now have a new style. The updated look is seen throughout OneView, on tank trends as well as the Asset Trends dashboard module. Besides the new look of the graph, the date range can be selected with the same tool as all date ranges in OneView.
Fuel Purchases Can be Uploaded for Any Asset
Now, when adding fuel purchases in OneView, either with the Fuel Purchase upload file or a single Fuel Purchase from the Admin’s Upload tab, you can select any asset in your inventory as the receiver of that fuel.
Jobs by Assignee and Jobs by Target Dashboards Migrated to Jobs List
Both the Jobs by Assignee and Jobs by Target dashboard modules are now updated to the Jobs List dashboard module where you can filter by either assignee or target (as well as any of the other filters).
Updated Jobs Import With Option for 2nd Location Task
The jobs import tool includes a secondary target – or second location column. If the jobs you are uploading have two go-to locations, the template will now allow you to assign that second location.
Multi-Select Move of Jobs on Dispatch View
To add more than one job to a drivers queue, from the dispatch view, hold the Ctrl key and click on each of the jobs you want to assign. Then drag them all at once to the driver’s queue.
Job Tasks Updates
The job tasks list in POV (driver’s tablet) has a new look for easier execution of tasks. Any go-to task includes a depart or arrival button as well as a navigation icon, which not only reduces the steps of completion of a task but keeps elements of each go-to task visible without having to click into the task.
Current Job Information and Navigation Button On Lock Screen
In addition to viewing a driver’s hours of service, the lock screen now includes job details of a driver’s current job. If the driver is currently on a go-to task, there is a navigation button, allowing the driver to use their navigation app.
Job List Updated With Easier to Read Information
The job list in POV now shows the job information more clearly with Job, Description, and Target labels as well as status badge and clear due date.
Job/Task Status Colors Match OneView
The job status badges now match the same colors used in OneView for New, In Progress and Done (see previous image).
Form Select Lists Can Be Filtered to Find Items Quickly
There is a filter option on select lists on job forms allowing drivers to quickly sort through the list, reducing the need to scroll through lists that are long.
Job ID Added to Bottom Left of Job Details Page
The job ID is now included on the bottom left of any of the job details pages.
Self-Dispatch Jobs Location Tasks Default to “Default to Target”
When a driver uses the self-dispatch in POV, the go-to tasks will default to “Default to Target.” A driver can change the targets as needed.
Permissioned Option to View/Edit Location Task and Task Start/End Times
The departure and arrival times of a location or go-to task can be edited with a special permission option. See your account manager if you would like to give your drivers the ability to adjust these times.
Log Graph Now Highlights Form and Manner Violations (Missing Location & Missing Shipping Doc)
Drivers can now see pink shading on their log table where they have Form & Manner violations (Missing Location and Missing Shipping Document Numbers). This is a permission that can be turned off, or the driver can turn the shading off in their OneView setting. The pink shading does not show in Enforcement view.
Place Picker Now Shows Current Distance/Direction to the Selected Landmark
Where ever a driver selects a landmark target or location, the distance and direction from that location will also appear with the landmark details.
On User Clicking “Arrive” on Location Tasks it Will Prompt the User “Are You Sure?” if Greater Than 2000ft From Location
If the driver chooses Arrive and they are not yet within 2000 feet of the target location, they will be prompted with a message that includes the distance they are away from the actual location. To override the message they choose “Yes, I’ve arrived.” To keep traveling to the location, choose “No, I have not arrived yet.”
Inspections Notes Field is Required For Each Failed Inspection Point
When a driver marks a defect on any inspection point, they will be required to add a note in the notes field or they cannot save and submit the inspection form.
Inspections Can Have Pictures For Each Attribute
Now a driver can take a photo on their tablet for any inspection attribute and upload them with the inspection form.
Miles added to Personal Conveyance, Yard Move and Non-Commercial Report
Now you can see how many miles a driver traveled in any special status.
Include Job Completion time, Target Odometer and Runtime on Form Print Report
The date and time of completion of a maintenance job is now included as part of the job’s status information. The odometer reading and the runtime reading at that time of completion is also included now on the Form Print Report.
