GENERAL

Accident Reconstruction The new Accident Detection event permission would allow OneView to capture the moments before and after a detected accident, either an extreme hard breaking event or a detected airbag deployment. The accident detection event will show speed, RPM’s and throttle percentage 30 seconds before and 30 seconds after the detected event and acceleration data in 3-axis for 4 seconds before and after, down to the quarter second.

Use the Accident Detection Report to monitor all possible accidents detected by OneView.

Accident Alarm With accident detection permission, an alarm is included that will allow you to be notified that OneView detected a possible accident event.

Print Event Pop-ups Included on all pop-up event windows is a new print icon. Print any event, from stops and accidents to maintenance tickets, alarms and HOS violations. Click on the print icon in the upper right corner of the event pop-up.

JOBS/FORMS

Job Filter Allows Landmark Group for Target When using the filter on the Jobs tab, users can now choose landmark groups in the target filter to see what jobs include targets from the selected landmark group.

Job Notes Added to Job Print Report Any notes added to Jobs/Maintenance tickets will also appear in the form print report.

Updated Jobs Map Tooltip If a user hovers over a job on the jobs map, the tooltip now looks more like the job block from the dispatch view.

ELD

Regions Compliance Features With the regions compliance permission, a company can easily see each region’s collective compliance either on the compliance tab or by clicking on the region folder. If your company has multiple divisions, breaking down the compliance results by location or division may be helpful.

Permission to Not Show Missing Shipping Document Violations or Missing Location Violations If your company would prefer not to track missing shipping document violations and missing location violations, we can turn off that permission. You would no longer see pink shading on the driver’s table for missing shipping numbers or locations, and the Form & Manner Violations column would be removed from your compliance page.

Quick Notes can be Customized by Customer We are able to customize the list of quick notes available for logbook edits. Work with your account manager to create a custom list of quick notes, either adding to or removing notes from our current list. Those same notes would be available to both OneView users who edit log records and the drivers on the tablet when they change status or edit their logbook.

Below is an example of some custom notes added for one company.

POV

Panic button and Panic Alarm A new permissioned feature includes a Panic button on the driver logbook and panic alarm in OneView. This adds an SOS button on the driver logbook that will send an alert back to OneView if the driver selects it. A user in OneView must also set up the Panic Alarm in order to receive this alert.

1. Driver Presses Panic/SOS Button

2. Alarm will sound in OneView - only if an alarm has been set up. If no alarm has been set up, alerts for the panic button will not appear at all.

Require Notes for On Duty, Not Driving or Off Duty Records – Permission A new permission would require drivers to enter a note whenever they manually change their status to On Duty, Not Driving or Off Duty.

REPORTS

Maintenance History by Asset Report The Maintenance History by Asset Report shows all maintenances on your selected assets for the timeframe selected and includes the odometer and runtime readings at the time of completion.

Accident Detection Report An Accident Detection Report is also included in the accident detection permission. This report will show all detected accidents for the timeframe and assets chosen. The report includes a link to the accident event window where you can see the details of the detected accident.
